A note from Bwilt
Before the website, make the decision.
A clear job for the site makes every page, word and design choice easier.
A new site can look polished and still leave the real problem untouched. Before we open a design file, we ask what a customer should understand, trust or do next.
That answer shapes the pages, the words, the design and the build. It also tells us what to remove. A smaller site with a clear job gives people a better place to start.
It does not need to be a long exercise. A focused conversation, a review of the current experience and a simple first plan can be enough to choose the right next step.
Then we build around that decision and check it with real content on a real screen.
